Our client managed e-comm product is stored in our fulfilment warehouses in either the UK or USA, shipping domestic and international orders daily. The admin, setup, adding of additional products, shipping rates and all of the time consuming tasks that are crucial, are handled by us ensuring a smooth and profitable experience. Customer service support is also available to handle any queries to ensure a premium start to finish service.

Tour Support

Managing all the various aspects of running and selling merch on the road can be daunting. We have a wealth of experience in managing tour merch for acts from academies to arena sized venues – forecasting for production runs and reprints, co-ordinating logistics, international shipping and clearances, venue advancing, personnel training and seller assignment, providing payment facilities and accounting/reconciliation. We can provide support domestically in the UK as well as internationally in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

We have built up relationships with various sized retailers over the years ranging from high street stores such as Urban Outfitters, Primark, H&M, Topshop, Zara to more high end stores such as Selfridges, Dover Street Market and End Clothing to help maximise revenue by effectively leveraging licensing and wholesale opportunities.
